Where our infrastructure is, and how we protect it. Workspace data is hosted in the region agreed for the customer's account (the EU by default, or the United States), on the providers listed above. We keep each customer's data separate, encrypt it in transit, limit access by role, and disclose data to an authority only where a binding legal order requires it and the law allows.
We will notify each customer's account owner before adding or replacing a sub-processor. The customer may object, as set out in Annex A of our Terms.
